Breads
Whole grain breads are created by only using whole grains in order to make them, including whole wheat or whole oats.
Pastas
Whole grain pastas are made from whole wheat, whole spelt and brown rice. White pastas are created from refined flours and provide limited fiber content.
Crackers
Whole grain crackers are baked with only whole grains and avoid using refined flours.
Cereals
Whole grain cereals include oats, millet, cream of wheat and oat bran. Refined cereals are made from white flour or refined oats and do not provide very much fiber.
Rices
Whole grain rices include long grain brown or wild rices. Short grain or white rices are more refined and do not provide as much fiber.
