Typical Class

At the end of the class, she will lie back down and close her eyes, sealing in the relaxation, and then she will stretch lightly and slowly stand up.
Safety Precautions
Check out the class before you send your child, making sure that both of you are comfortable with the location, instructor and conditions of the room. Remind your child not to eat a large meal right before class and not to do poses that cause him pain. Let the instructor know about any medical conditions or injuries your child has, and do not let him go to class if he is sick. Encourage your child to practice the meditation and relaxation techniques he learns in class at home, but make sure he does not try to do any challenging poses that may cause injury.
