Chipotle restaurants allow customers to choose from a variety of ingredients to create their customized meals. Because of this, the restaurant lists the nutritional information for each ingredient instead of for each menu item. To calculate the nutrition facts of your Chiptole meal, simply add together the nutrition fact amounts of all of the ingredients you selected.

Tortillas and Shells

The burrito tortillas contain 290 calories, 7 g of protein, 670 mg of sodium 44 g of carbohydrates, 2 g of dietary fiber, 9 g of total fat and 3 g of saturated fat. The taco tortillas, on the other hand, only have 90 calories, 2 g of protein, 200 mg of sodium, 13 g of carbohydrates, less than 1 g of dietary fiber, 2.5 g of total fat and 1 g of saturated fat. The crispy taco shell has only 60 calories, less than 1 g of protein, 10 mg of sodium, 9 g of carbohydrates, 1 g of fiber, less than 1 g of sugar, 2 g of total fat and 0.5 g of saturated fat.

Rice, Beans and Vegetables

Each serving of the cilantro-lime rice has 130 calories, 2 g of protein, 150 mg of sodium, 23 g of carbohydrates, 3 g of total fat and 0.5 g of saturated fat. The black beans and pinto beans from Chiptole contain very similar nutrition facts. A serving of either contains 120 calories, 7 g of protein, less than 1 g of sugar and 1 g of total fat. The black beans do not contain any cholesterol, and have only 250 mg of sodium, 23 g of fiber and 11 g of dietary fiber, but the pinto beans contain 5 mg of cholesterol, 330 mg of sodium, 22 g of carbohydrates and 10 g of dietary fiber. The fajita vegetables contain only 20 calories, 1 g of protein, 170 mg of sodium, 4 g of carbohydrates, 1 g of fiber, 2 g of sugar and only 0.5 g of total fat.

Meat

The barbacoa has 170 calories, 24 g of protein, 510 mg of sodium, 60 mg of cholesterol, 2 g of carbohydrates, less than 1 g of sugar, 7 g of total fat and 2.5 g of saturated fat. The other meats all contain 190 calories. The chicken has 32 g of protein, 370 mg of sodium, 115 mg of cholesterol,1 g of carbohydrates, 1 g of sugar, 6.5 g of total fat and 2 g of saturated fat. The carnitas have 27 g of protein, 540 mg of sodium, 70 mg of cholesterol, 1 g of carbohydrate, 8 g of total fat and 2.5 g of saturated fat. The steak has 30 g of protein, 320 g of sodium, 65 g of cholesterol, 2 g of carbohydrates, 1 g of sugar, 6.5 g of total fat and 2 g of saturated fat.

Salsa

The red tomatillo salsa has 40 calories, 2 g of protein, 510 mg of sodium, 8 g of carbohydrates, 6 g of fiber, 1 g of sugar and 1 g of fat. The green tomatillo salsa has 15 calories, 1 g of protein, 230 mg of sodium, 3 g of carbohydrate, 1 g of fiber, 2 g of sugars and no fat. The corn salsa has 80 calories, 3 g of protein, 410 mg of sodium, 15 g of carbohydrate, 3 g of fiber, 4 g of sugar and 1.5 g of fat. The tomato salsa has 20 calories, 1 g of protein, 470 mg of sodium, 4 g of carbohydrate, less than 1 g of fiber, 3 g of sugar and no fat.

Lettuce

Nutrition in the lettuce depends on whether you order a salad-sized portion or a taco-sized portion. The salad-sized portion contains 10 calories, 1 g of protein, 5 mg of sodium, 2 g of carbohydrates, 1 g of fiber, 1 g of sugar and no fat. The taco-sized portion has 5 calories, no protein, no sodium, 1 g of carbohydrates, no sugar and no fat.

Toppings

The cheese has 100 calories, 8 g of protein, 180 mg of sodium, 30 mg of cholesterol, 8.5 g of total fat and 5 g of saturated fat. The sour cream has 120 calories, 2 g of protein, 30 mg of sodium, 40 mg of cholesterol, 10 g of total fat and 7 g of saturated fat. The guacamole has 150 calories, 2 g of protein, 190 mg of sodium, no cholesterol, 13 g of total fat and 2 g of saturated fat.
