Cellulite is dimpled skin that can appear anywhere on the body but most frequently appears on the thighs and buttocks. Cellulite results tissue stretching across fat to connect the muscle to the skin. If you have cellulite on your legs, the Mayo Clinic suggests using exercise to reduce fat and build muscle, which will make cellulite less noticeable. Incorporate exercises into your workout that target your legs, especially the thighs and buttocks, to diminish cellulite dimples.

Step 5

Repeat on the opposite side, stepping back and lunging on your left leg. Repeat the exercise eight times on each side, as suggested by Shape Magazine.

Tie a resistance band into a loop, securing it with a tight knot.

Step 3

Take a small step to the right with your right foot, then a small step to the right with your left foot.

Step 4

Repeat 12 to 15 times on each side, as suggested by Fitness Magazine.
