Awakening your Kundalini is a four-stage process that is thought to unleash the coil of spiritual energy, known as Kundalini, located at the base of your spine. You learn to sit with yourself with a nonjudgmental attitude, accepting whatever is occurring in the present moment without reacting or criticizing. During the Kundalini awakening process, you draw the energy up your spine and out of the top of your head, which can increase feelings of bliss and of being one with the universe.
Releases Emotional Blocks
When your Kundalini energy is awakened, it flows through your body and helps to unlock emotional blocks or pent-up negative experiences that you may have never previously dealt with. Kundalini brings to consciousness the issues that were previously unconscious, so you can either deal with them or release them. During meditation, your mind will be clearer and you will be less likely to be distracted by external events or internal sensations or emotions.
