Four Pillars of Healthy Weight Loss

The core diet revolves around the four pillars of healthy weight loss: healthy habits, get support, move more and eat smarter. These principles make the Weight Watchers plan more of a lifestyle approach to weight control rather than strictly a diet. The emphasis on healthy habits gives you the help you need for long-term weight loss success. The Core Plan also reflects some of the same philosophy found in the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2010.

Core Foods
