Common Side Effects of Abilify

Abilify is used to treat symptoms of schizophrenia and to treat episodes of mania or mixed episodes of depression and mania or bipolar disorder. Abilify can also be used to treat depression when symptoms are not controlled by an antidepressant alone. Abilify is usually prescribed to people age 10 years or older. It may take two weeks or more before you feel the effects of Abilify. Do not discontinue this medication unless your doctor directs you to do so.
