It can take about three weeks to lose seven pounds in a healthy way. To lose the weight you will have to make exercise a part of your daily routine and make healthy eating choices. Start with a salad with a vinaigrette dressing and order a healthy option such as grilled chicken and vegetables or salmon and brown rice.

Pick up the intensity of your workouts. If you already workout, you're going to have to add to it lose seven pounds quickly. You could add one hour of intense cardio, swim for 45 minutes or play tennis for an hour. You need to burn 500 extra calories each day, so don't skip your workouts.
