It is based on calorie-shifting, where you follow a stricter diet plan for a period of time, followed by a few cheat days where you can increase your calories and enjoy foods you want. The Fat Loss For Idiots diet may be an effective method for quick weight loss in the short-term and to prepare you for lifelong healthy habits.

Diet Plan Foods

The Fat Loss for Idiots meal plan centers around lean proteins, fruits and vegetables and healthy whole-food fats. Simple carbohydrates are eliminated on this diet, but some starchy carbs such as oatmeal and whole-grain pasta, are permitted.
