Asian Noodle Bowls

The Asian noodle bowls are a better option if you are concerned about your saturated fat intake, but they are still high in sodium. One serving of Sesame Lo Mein contains 411 calories, 11 g of total fat, 2 g of saturated fat, 1,737 mg of sodium, 64 g of carbohydrates and 5 g of protein. One serving of Spicy Japanese Noodles contains 419 calories, 8 g of total fat, 1 g of saturated fat, 1,453 mg of sodium, 74 g of carbohydrates and 10 g of protein.

Italian Noodle Bowls

Nothing But Noodles offers six different Italian-inspired pasta bowls including Margherita Pasta, Three-Cheese Macaroni and Cappelini Primavera. Each of these Italian dishes contains 500 calories or less and both the Three-Cheese Macaroni and the Cappelini Primavera are also lower in sodium. One serving of the Three-Cheese Macaroni contains 446 calories, 21 g of total fat, 12 g of saturated fat, 392 mg of sodium, 45 g of carbohydrates and 20 g of protein. One serving of the Cappelini Primavera contains 500 calories, 28 g of total fat, 5 g of saturated fat, 333 mg of sodium, 56 g of carbohydrates and 10 g of protein.

Pasta-Less Bowls

Nothing But Noodles also offers five different pasta-less bowls. The Shrimp Pesto Florentine contains the fewest calories, but is high in saturated fat. One serving contains 308 calories, 25 g of total fat, 12 g of saturated fat, 357 mg of sodium, 5 g of carbohydrates and 16 g of protein. The Primavera Chicken and Vegetable Wrap is another lower calorie option. It contains 318 calories, 15 g of total fat, 3 g of saturated fat, 722 mg of sodium, 26 g of carbohydrates and 22 g of protein.
