Bally's workouts are offered at nationwide Bally Fitness Club locations. These group fitness classes fall under three classifications: cardiovascular and weight loss fitness, toning and strength training and yoga and Pilates. Bally strives to offer an comfortable and productive environment for both beginner and advanced fitness enthusiasts. Strength training and aerobic exercise are the key components of a complete exercise program. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends 150 minutes of aerobic exercise and strength training at least two days a week for healthy adults.

Group Exercise

Bally's workouts are group fitness classes offered to members. These classes cover all the essentials of what Bally's calls total fitness. Yoga and Pilates develops your flexibility and enhances your coordination, which improves your performance in athletics and when doing everyday tasks. Participating in yoga and Pilates classes facilitates stress reduction and develops muscle tone. Pilates classes available at Bally Fitness Clubs include mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates. Classes that use a stability ball include Resist-a-Ball and Power Ball.
