Exercise everyday to burn calories and fat from your entire body, including on your belly. You could eat the healthiest diet in the world but without exercise you won't lose a pound. Get your heart rate up every day for at least thirty minutes to burn calories and fat. You may also wish to perform abdominal toning exercises to bring strength to your belly and further encourage weight loss on your middle.

Before you consider taking weight loss or diet supplements, check with your doctor if they are safe with no bad side effects. Pills that decrease your appetite, make you feel full or prevent your body from absorbing fat might be a good way to shed weight quickly from your entire body including your belly. Don't assume that these supplements are a substitute for a healthy diet because they're not. To lose weight healthily, you'll still need to eat a diet full of protein and fresh produce to shed pounds quickly without putting your body in danger.
