Yoga is the practice of various body postures and meditations meant to increase physical awareness, increase health and harness the inner energy pathways. The first text describing yoga was written by Patanjali sometime between 200 B.C.E. and 450 B.C.E., although archaeological evidence has been found indicating that yogic meditations were practiced in the Indus River valley 2,000 years prior to Patanjali's writings.

Tree Asana
Tree pose is a hatha yoga pose that is used to increase concentration and focus. It aids in increasing balance and is said to help with foot, ankle and knee problems. This yoga pose will strengthen the muscles in your hips, legs and back.
Balancing Dancer Asana
Balancing dancer pose increases balance as well as stretching your legs, shoulders and arms. It helps to open your hips and strengthen your back. Balancing dancer pose is said to remove laziness and generate courage and power.
Warrior I Asana
Warrior I pose is a hatha yoga asana that is used to open your hips and develop leg and back strength. This pose will stretch your legs and back when done properly. Warrior I asana is said to curb laziness and develop courage and power.
Seated Boat Asana
Seated boat pose will exercise your abdominal muscles as well as stretching your lower back, glutes and hamstring muscles. This asana is used to reduce abdominal, hip and waistline fat and is said to assist in correcting abdominal issues.
