Weight loss is a combination of healthy eating and physical activity, not simply exercising your buns. Backside workouts contribute to weight loss because you burn calories, increase your heart rate and participate in physical activity. A 35-year-old, 135-lb. woman can burn about 400 calories during an hour of body weight exercises using "Buns of Steel," according to product information. Over time, these calories burned add up to weight lost and a tighter behind.
Step 1
Eat a healthy diet. Include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean meats and low-fat dairy products in your daily eating plan.
Step 2
Exercise using the "Buns of Steel" workout video three days a week. Use the creator of the original "Buns of Steel," Greg Smithey's advice and increase to five days a week for two or three weeks if you want to overcome a weight loss plateau or hasted bun-tightening results. Then return to three times a week.
Step 3
Allow for a day of rest in between your workouts for muscle recovery during the three-day-a-week participation phases.
Step 4
Be consistent with your workouts. Expect to see weight loss of 1 to 2 lbs. after three weeks if you exercise three days a week, which burns approximately 1,200 calories a week.
