Distributed by the Kellogg Company, Special K Red Berries contains whole grains, adding fiber to your diet, and dehydrated fruit, a healthy source of vitamin C. As with most Kellogg cereals, Special K is fortified with nine additional essential vitamins and minerals, and has less sugar than a majority of similar fruit-added cereals.
