You will recognize the instructors Maksim with his pase doble workout, Ashley with her cha cha and Kim with her samba routine. There is also a jive workout that is performed by all three instructors. This is a good DVD for people who don't have a lot of time to work out because each dance routine lasts only ten minutes. The routines use basic dance steps, but there is also a more challenging workout for advanced dancers.

Quickfix Cardio Hip-Hop Workout is a good dance workout for those who want an intense workout that doesn't take too long. The DVD contains four 10-minute workout sessions than can be done singly or combined. The workouts have a wide range of different moves that take some time to learn, but they are all suitable for beginners and more able dancers.

You don't have to have either a dance or yoga background to follow the moves, and the workout can be preprogrammed to suit your needs.
