The University of Maryland Medical Center states that yoga is beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety, as well as some types of hormone imbalances, all of which may contribute to dyspareunia. You may consider practicing yoga as a form of stress relief or for help with discomfort if you have pain with intercourse.
