Meal Replacements

Each snack on your Slim-Fast 3-2-1 Plan can be a Slim-Fast snack bar or a 100-calorie portion of a nutrient-dense food. Each Slim-Fast snack bar has 100 calories and 10 percent of the daily value for some vitamins and calcium, and flavors include chocolate mint, peanut butter crunch and double chocolate. Possible food snacks are nuts or peanuts, fruit, such as apple, banana or orange, and vegetables, such as carrots or bell peppers. For a higher-protein diet, Slim-Fast recommends choosing cottage cheese or hard-boiled eggs.
