Step 3
Top the shot with a splash of triple sec or another citrus liqueur. You can also replace triple sec with a chocolate or cacao liqueur for a sweeter flavor.
Mixed Drinks
Step 1
Add 1 oz. banana liqueur and three ice cubes to a tall glass.
Step 2
Add 1 oz. vodka and a splash of grenadine to the glass. You can also leave the vodka out or replace it with gin, white rum or another alcohol of your choice.
Step 3
Fill the glass with milk, orange juice or a cranberry juice and mix the drink with a spoon. You can also replace the milk with soy milk.
After-Dinner Drinks
Step 1
Add 2 oz. banana liqueur and 2 oz. white crème de cacao, dark cacao, coffee or Irish cream liqueur to a shaker.
Step 2
Add 2 oz. cream to the shaker. You can replace the cream with soy milk or half and half for reduced calories. Use vanilla soy milk for added flavor. Add 4 oz. of milk for a milder drink.
Step 3
Add ice and shake the shaker for 10 seconds.
Step 4
Pour the drink into a margarita or other cocktail glass. This is a creamy and sweet drink that is perfect as a dessert.
Step 5
Decorate the drink with a cherry or strawberry before serving.
