Unwanted facial hair can make you feel self-conscious about your face. It can also be very frustrating and embarrassing. You may find a stray hair on your lip or next to your ear. Unwanted facial hair is a common skin problem that can be caused by innumerable factors including disease, medications, stress and genetics. There are numerous chemical treatments, such as medications and creams, that can lessen and get rid of facial hair, but they will always produce side effects. Fortunately, you can easily remove facial hair by applying a face mask made of all-natural ingredients.
Step 1
Squeeze 2 fresh lemons into a bowl with 1 cup of clean water and ¼ cup of honey. Add ¼ cup of gram flour into this mixture and stir vigorously until it turns into a paste. Add more water if the mixture is too thick.
Step 2
Wash your face with warm water to soften your skin and facial hair. Use a gentle facial soap to cleanse your skin and pat dry with a clean towel.
Step 3
Sit in front of a mirror so you can see which parts of your face need hair removing.
Step 4
Apply the paste generously to the affected areas. Leave the mixture on your face for about 20 minutes or until it hardens.
Step 5
Pour half a cup of honey to a clean loofah sponge used for scrubbing the face (facial loofah sponge). Gently scrub the affected areas in the direction of the hair growth to remove unwanted facial hair. Wash your face with warm water afterward and pat dry with a clean towel.
