The program comes with a Dining Out Guide to help you order your meals according to your customized eating plan. When eating out, don't be tempted by peer pressure to eat foods that are off of your plan. Before your meal comes out, request to have half of your meal wrapped up in a to-go container to avoid overeating.
Body Sculpting Workout
The workout program consists of a personalized 18-minute resistance-band, Body-Sculpting routine that works with your Body Blueprint to help you reshape your body in six weeks. The plan suggests that you can change the areas of your body that you want to tighten, but spot-reduction or targeted weight loss is not possible. To lose weight in one area of the body, you need to reduce your overall weight. Perform the Body-Sculpting program twice per week, but include two total body workouts per week to help you lose weight all over your body.
