General Mills' Whole Grain Cheerios comes in a variety of 10 flavors, all with whole-grain oats as the first ingredient. One serving also has 2 g of fat, 160 mg of sodium and 170 mg of potassium. One cup has 20 g of carbohydrates, with 3g of fiber, 1g of sugars, 17g of other carbohydrates and 3g of protein.

One cup provides 45 percent of the daily value of iron and 50 percent of the daily value of folic acid.
Ingredients
Along with whole-grain oats, Cheerios contains modified corn starch and wheat starch. This cereal also contains sugar, salt, tripotassium phosphate, which regulates acidity, and vitamin E, which is used as a preservative. Cheerios contains no added fillers, artificial colors or preservatives.
