The ProForm 695 LT is an in-home treadmill that features a space-saving design and iFit interactive card technology, but it doesn't offer you the ability to attach a TV to the treadmill. The 695 LT has a LED display on the console that plays iFit workout cards, but it doesn't act as a regular TV.
Design
The ProForm 695 LT folds up into a standing position to save you floor space when you aren't working out. The base has wheels so you can roll the treadmill to a storage area if desired. The running platform features the ProForm ProTech Plus cushioning to reduce the impact to your joints. The 695 LT has a large console with accessory trays, a built-in cooling fan, quick-set buttons and a LED display, but you cannot attach a TV to the console.
Features
The 695 LT has quick-set buttons on the console to control both the incline and speed so you can adjust either setting with one press of a button. The handles have a dual-grip EKG heart rate monitor built-in. Wrap your hands around the handles to check your heart rate any time during your workout. The LED screen displays your workout time, speed, incline, distance, calories burned and current pulse. Choose from 16 preset workout programs that control the incline and speed settings for you.
Technology
The 695 LT treadmill does not have a TV function, but it does feature other technology, such as the iFit interactive workout system. The console takes iFit interactive cards that contain workouts designed to help you meet certain fitness goals, such as the 8-week Weight Loss workout. The cards control the treadmill settings, and the voice of a personal trainer guides you through your workout. You purchase iFit cards separately; they do not come with the treadmill.
Specifications
The ProForm 695 LT has a 2.25 continuous horsepower motor that supports speeds up to 10 mph. The power ramp inclines between 0 and 10 percent. The running belt is 20 inches wide and 55 inches long and can handle users that weigh up to 300 lbs. As of May 2011, the 695 LT costs around $1,300. It comes with a 25-year warranty on the motor and a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
