This bread is the original Udi's gluten-free bread. Made with tapioca starch, potato starch and rice flour, this is a fluffy, airy bread that is gluten- and milk-free. Each slice contains 140 calories, 22 grams of carbohydrates and 3 grams of protein.

Ener-G White Rice Flax Loaf
