Jillian Michaels, called America's toughest trainer, is a television and Internet sensation. She was a lead trainer on NBC's "The Biggest Loser" for more than a decade, leaving at the end of the 11th season. Today she continues to share her weight-loss expertise via a diet that bears her name.
