Propylene is a diet pill, also known as propolone. Propolone is a derivative of Propol, a trademark name given by the Obesity Research Institute to glucomannan, a dietary fiber. The manufacturer of Propylene purports that this diet pill will effectively help you lose weight. However, the manufacturer does not support its claims with clinical research, so speak with a medical professional before consuming Propylene diet pills.
Polyphenols and Catechin
Propylene diet pills contain polyphenols that can break down free radicals in your body. Additionally, polyphenols can oxidize and break down certain fat compounds in your body. Propylene also contains catechin. Catechin in combination with the polyphenols can raise your metabolism supporting weight loss. Additionally, the manufacturer claims that the combination of polyphenols and catechin will also help prevent your body from storing fat cells.
Metabolism Booster
By boosting your metabolism, the manufacturer of Propylene claims you will continue to lose weight throughout the day. According to the product label, you should take two Propylene weight loss pills 30 minutes prior to your meals and three times a day. You should start to see results in three to four weeks. The manufacturer also recommends that you eat a healthy diet low in sugar and fats and exercise at least three times per week as part of your diet program.
Gluccomannan
Propylene diet pills also contain glucoomannan, a dietary fiber that can consume up to 200 times its weight in water. This action can make your stomach feel full and curb your appetite. In addition, glucomannan can fight constipation in the short term and will generally support healthy bowel movements.
Other Ingredients and Side Effects
In addition to glucoomannan, polyphenols and catechin, Propylene also contains konjac root, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate and gelatin. The most common side effect associated with the use of Propylene is lowed levels of vitamin E in your body. According to the manufacturer, take a vitamin E supplement while taking Propylene diet pills. The Food and Drug Administration does not regulate these pills, and the manufacturer of Propylene does not back up claims with scientific research.
