Make your own blueberry juice with a home juicer. Only make as much as you need for one serving, as harmful bacteria can develop quickly in fresh, unpasteurized juice. As a fiber-rich alternative, put whole blueberries in the blender with ice, diluting the mixture with water, rice milk, almond milk, yogurt or other fruits, such as bananas or strawberries, to taste. This keeps the fiber in your blueberry puree, and adds a pleasing, filling thickness to your beverage.
