All vitamins remain organic until additives and synthetic processing occurs. Synthetic vitamins contain pesticides and preservatives while organic vitamins contain whole foods grown organically without pesticides and synthetic fertilizer.

Naturalist farmers grow food using the earth's natural resources. They avoid using pesticides and do not give livestock antibiotics to prevent disease. Instead, naturalist farmers cultivate the soil by rotating crops, using natural compost for increasing soil richness from animals that remain organically fed. They are packaged in a water-soluble capsule or pressed into tablet form. The vitamins carry a guarantee that they remain free from metals and contaminants, which can cause ailments.

The whole fruits and vegetables naturally processed contain vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, thiamine, folic acid, and riboflavin. The vitamin pill also contains minerals your body needs. Before starting an organic vitamin supplement, talk to your doctor. Some of the ingredients might interfere with medications you take.
