In order to improve your energy levels, this four-week bikini body diet plan recommends consuming a multivitamin. Additionally, the diet recommends replacing snacks with herbal teas. The diet's exercise program consists of three 20-minute sessions of cardio per week and three 20-minute sessions of resistance training per week. The four-week bikini body diet program claims that you can lose up to five pounds per week by following this diet.
The 10-day Bikini Body Diet Plan
The 10-day bikini body diet plan requires you to drink two liters of water per day and to exercise for 30 minutes each day. Additionally, this diet plan reduces the portion sizes of the foods you eat and recommends consuming green tea instead of coffee. A sample daily diet menu includes one apple, one cup of green tea, one piece of wholegrain toast with cottage cheese and one organic tomato with oregano, salt and pepper for breakfast. Lunch foods include a Greek wrap with sparkling mineral water, and dinner includes a 4 oz. serving of lean beef stir-fried with beans and vegetables. The 10-day bikini body diet plan claims that you can lose 10 pounds in 10 days by following this diet.
The Seven-day Bikini Body Diet Plan
The seven-day bikini body diet plan requires you to primarily eat lean protein such as fish and poultry and while limiting your carbohydrate intake. The diet also recommends that you drink two liters of water per day, increase your fiber intake, eliminate salt and exercise for one hour per day. This diet claims to help you replace fat with lean muscle. Additionally, the seven-day bikini body diet plan claims you can lose 10 pounds in seven days by following this diet.
