Whether you make cinnamon rolls from scratch or buy them ready-made, you can freeze them to eat later. When you want to defrost them, pop them in the oven so you can have a warm, delicious breakfast. You need to be careful that your dough does not become soggy during defrosting. Also, don't bake frozen cinnamon rolls because the dough needs to rise before baking -- unless you have purchased freeze-to-bake rolls.
