Burning the midnight oil may be necessary occasionally, but if you do that frequently, you're asking for trouble from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. Exhaustion affects your entire body, especially during stressful situations.
5. Take Supplements for Healthy Hair
Preventing hair loss when you're under extra stress may be as simple as taking your vitamins. Take 500 mg of vitamin C, 100 mg of pantothenic acid and vitamins B2 and B6 (2 mg each) with each meal. Make this a daily regimen to maintain your hair. You should also eat foods rich in these nutrients.
