A chakra alignment test, also known simply as a chakra test, can help you to balance your energy centers and learn about your physical, spiritual and emotional states. Similar in form to a personality test, a chakra test can be performed online by yourself or in person with a professional energy worker.

What It Does

A chakra test measures the state of your energy centers, or chakras. The test comes in the form of a questionnaire and inquires about the personality traits you exhibit. For example, it may ask you how you are likely to handle a stressful situation at work, or about your daydreaming habits.

How It Works

Every body part, emotion and spiritual state is associated with one of the seven main chakras: the root chakra, the sacral chakra, the solar plexus chakra, the heart chakra, the throat chakra, the third eye chakra and the crown chakra. The answers you give will indicate your emotional, physical and spiritual states, helping to determine which chakras are open, which ones are underactive and which ones are overactive.

How It Can Benefit You

Taking a chakra test will help you determine how well-balanced your chakras are. If your chakras are unbalanced, it could mean they are working in disharmony and this could result in certain physical and emotional symptoms. A closed solar plexus chakra, for example, could be contributing to low confidence and high anxiety, while an overactive third eye chakra could contribute to hallucinations. Taking a chakra test can help you learn more about your physical, spiritual, psychological and emotional states, and aid you in aligning them if they are unbalanced.

How to Take a Chakra Test

Chakra tests are widely available online to be taken privately, and can also be administered by a professional energy worker. Honest answers are crucial to receiving accurate results.
Once you receive your results, the website or professional who administered the test should be able to help you take the proper steps to balance your chakras, such as meditation or massage therapy, if desired.
