Myoplex is a brand of performance nutrition products from EAS Sports Nutrition, a company that nutrition and exercise guru Anthony Almada founded in 1992. Original

Strength Formula
Loaded with 25 g of protein, as well as 23 vitamins and minerals, the Myoplex Strength Formula is the ideal choice if you wish to build strength and manage your weight. The Myoplex Strength Formula Ready-to-Drink offers 280 calories and 35 g of carbohydrates per serving, while the Myoplex Strength Formula Nutrition Bar provides 210 calories and 23 g of carbs per serving. Four flavors are available with each Myoplex Strength Formula product.
Myoplex Carb Control
If you want to keep your carbohydrate levels in check, the Myoplex Carb Control -- only offering 2 g of net carbs per product -- is most appropriate. Myoplex Carb Control also offers 25 g of protein. With each product available in three flavors, it is divided into the Myoplex Carb Control Ready-to-Drink, which offers 150 calories per serving; and the Myoplex Carb Control Bar, which provides 260 calories per serving.
Myoplex Lite
Myoplex Lite consists of the drink, powder and bar. True to its naming, Myoplex Lite, with 20 g, contains less protein than the other Myoplex product divisions. Also, it contains less vitamins and minerals, with a count of 22; and in general, has a lower calorie count, with a 170-to-190 range. The Myoplex Powder, by comparison, has 50 percent less fat than Myoplex Original Powder.
