How to Cycle Cell Tech

Cell-Tech is a powdered creatine nutritional supplement manufactured by Muscletech and marketed to bodybuilders and weight-trainers. According to Muscletech, supplementing with Cell-Tech will help build muscle, improve recovery time between workouts and increase strength. Each serving of Cell-Tech contains 10 g of creatine and 75 g of dextrose. To cycle Cell-Tech,take a break from supplementing in order not to build a tolerance to the active ingredients.

Step 1

Take proper measurements before taking Cell-Tech in order to track your progress. Weigh yourself in the morning and take measurements of your waist, chest, upper arms and thighs. Keep a record of these measurements and measure each week.

Step 2

Start your bodybuilding program and continue workouts regularly. Cell-Tech is designed to work only with regular exercise.

Step 3

Take two servings of Cell-Tech daily in the morning and immediately after your workout later in the day on the loading stage. Continue for seven days.

Step 4

Take only one serving of Cell-Tech after a workout after the loading stage. Take your serving in the morning if you are not training that day. This will keep the level of creatine in your body high for muscle building. Continue this dosage for a minimum of eight weeks.

Step 5

Take at least two weeks off from supplementing with Cell-Tech so that your body does not get used to the product. Resume taking Cell-Tech after two weeks if you seek more gains in your bodybuilding routine.
