Tillamook Pepper Jack cheese is made from cultured pasteurized milk, jalapeno peppers, enzymes and salt, according to the Tillamook company’s ingredient list. Almost 110 dairy farms make up the Tillamook County Creamery Association, or TCAA, which is the Tillamook brand. It is a mildly spiced cheese that is sold in sliced or brick form.

A 1-oz. slice of Tillamook Pepper Jack cheese has 110 calories. This is considered the average serving size that can be used on sandwiches, grated on your morning eggs or as a snack with crackers.
