Magnesium glycinate is a chelated form of the mineral magnesium that is more easily absorbed by your digestive system. Chelated means the magnesium does not need gastric juices to help your digestive system absorb the magnesium. Cymbalta, an antidepressant medication, helps to treat symptoms of depression. Both magnesium and Cymbalta can help you achieve a better sense of well being. No interactions have been reported between these two substances

Magnesium Glycinate

Magnesium a mineral found in green leafy vegetables, nuts seeds and whole grains helps your body remain full of energy and in good health. The normal dose of a magnesium supplement is 600 to 1200 milligrams daily. Your muscles and nerves depend on magnesium for nutrition and your heart needs magnesium to pump normally. Your central nervous system needs magnesium for proper channeling of nerve type messages, including messages to muscles. High blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease are controlled by the intake of magnesium.
