Castor oil, an oil extracted from the seeds of an herb called Ricnus communis, can be taken by mouth. Many naturopath researchers believe castor oil helps stop different cancers and health diseases. Vitamin E, a vitamin found in several foods, helps strengthen your immune system. Vitamin E helps promote better circulation in your body and cardiovascular system. No interactions have been reported in taking both castor oil and vitamin E.

Used as a laxative, castor oil helps flush your body of toxins and eases constipation. Digestion becomes easier and more therapeutic with use of castor oil. When massaged onto the body, castor oil helps relax tense muscles and helps heal various health problems related to the spine, abdomen, lymph nodes and various body organs.
