Slicing and cooking your links allows you to infuse other meal components with the spice and flavor of the sausage. You can incorporate sausage slices into sautéed vegetables or spicy rice dishes, like jambalaya. Breakfast links my be cut, cooked and tossed in an omelet or hearty hash browns.
