The Gold's Gym Weight Bench is an affordable alternative to an expensive gym membership. Instead of paying an initiation fee and monthly dues at the health club, you can use a home gym to get in shape and save money at the same time. You can purchase a Gold's Gym Weight Bench for around $70 and put it in your bedroom or basement and work out every day.
Step 1
Use the bench in the Gold's Gym Weight Bench to do your bench press routine. Lie down across the bench and grasp hold of the barbell and put it across your chest. Press it up 10 times, take a 30-second break and then repeat the set.
Step 2
Do leg curls on the weight bench. Sit on the chair attached to the bench and grasp the handles on either side of the chair. Hook your feet under the pommels and raise your legs. Do this 10 times, take a 30-second break and repeat the set.
Step 3
Do arm curls on the weight bench. Sit on the weight bench and place your arms in the curling position. Take two dumbbells you are comfortable with and curl them up to your shoulders. You can do both at the same time or one at a time, whatever you are comfortable with. Do 10 curls with each arm, take a 30-second break and repeat the set.
Step 4
Do dips at the dipping station. Grasp hold of the handles and support your weight with your hands. Bend your elbows and bend your knees as you dip down. When your elbows are bent at a 45-degree angle, raise yourself up back to the starting position. Do this 10 times, take a 30-second break and attempt to do 10 more.
