Chrysanthemum tea is an Asian delicacy that the Chinese believe is relaxing and healing to the body, says Dawn Campbell, author of "The Tea Book." Look for dried chrysanthemum tea leaves in your local Asian grocery store or dry your own leaves from the chrysanthemum plants. All types of chrysanthemum flowers can be used for tea, but the Chinese plant sweet chrysanthemum is specifically for tea-making purposes. Brew chrysanthemum tea in a large, decorative pot and serve it to a group of guests the next time you host a dinner party.

Step 3
Pour the boiling water over the dried flowers in the teapot.
Step 4
Steep the tea for five to seven minutes before serving it.
Step 5
Add sugar or honey to taste.
