Many women are interested in boosting their libidos but would like to do so without the influence of drugs or medications. Try picking up some known aphrodisiacs at the store, using them in meals, and testing to see what you like. Observe how the foods affect you and whether they seem to boost your libido.

Incorporate aphrodisiacs into your diet. Once you've done research into how aphrodisiacs affect you and which ones you like, work to incorporate those foods into your regular diet. Physical therapist Lucas Pressburger wrote in an article for the website AMOG Health that high amounts of fat and sugar, such as those found in fast foods and prepackaged foods, can alter the body's biochemical composition and result in a lack of energy and decreased blood flow to reproductive areas. Pressburger noted that these foods can also lead to weight gain, which interferes with healthful reproductive processes in women and men. If a woman chooses healthful foods, however, her body's blood flow and reproductive mechanisms have a higher chance of functioning successfully.
Step 4
Exercise regularly and eat well. Without a sufficient level of energy, a women's libido will plummet. Regular physical activity and a healthful diet are two equal components of the equation that will result in a boosted libido. A woman can eat a healthful diet and still have low energy because of a lack of physical activity. To improve your sex drive, it's important to exercise regularly according to guidelines set out by the American Heart Association.
