In today's society, bigger breasts are very attractive, and surgery to get larger breast is becoming more popular. According to an article in Reuters, 329,000 breast augmentation surgeries were performed in 2006 (see Reference 1). In addition, 40,000 breast implants required removal due to complications in 2008, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (see Reference 2). Therefore, breast augmentation surgery is not a completely harmless procedure. Instead, consider doing push-ups. These are safe, simple, and equipment-free exercises that you can do to enhance your bust by strengthening the muscles that support your breasts.
