Step 1

Step 2

Make sure the anti-aging cream you will purchase contains the ingredient hyaluronic acid, a substance which stimulates the growth of collagen.
Step 3
Chew gum for 30 minutes every day to exercise your facial muscles. Gum chewing can stretch and firm up your facial muscles, improving sagging skin. If you don't have or want to chew gum, you can pretend that you are chewing gum. Close your mouth tight and slowly chew on the right side for 2 minutes then another 2 minutes on the left side.
