Eat Less Sugar by Using Natural Sweeteners

Program Description
Part of eating right is knowing what's good for you and what's not. Weight-conscious individuals tend to look at sugar as the enemy. That's not always the case, as sugar is not the only sweetener available. There are many natural sweeteners on the market that taste good and are very versatile. They can be used in place of sugar in almost every aspect, including cooking and baking.

Actions
1. Avoid artificial sweeteners.

2. Honey is an excellent natural sweetener and contains a trace of almost every nutrient.

3. Stevia is 7 times sweeter than table sugar and comes in several forms, including liquid.

4. Certain types of concentrated fruit juice can be substituted for sugar.

5. Molasses is excellent for baking, and like honey, contains an abundance of nutrients.

6. Don't over sweeten.

7. Buy unpasteurized or unprocessed honey.
