Program Description
Reading a label will give you most of the information you need to make a wise decision on whether or not to purchase a product. But labels can also be misleading. They use terms you may not be familiar with. If you aren't sure what something is, look it up and do a little research. Sugar comes in many forms and has many different names. It's a good idea to do some investigating and compare your findings to the labels you read.
