How to Exercise the Corpora Cavernosa

The corpora cavernosa is a spongy, venous tissue residing on the topside of the penis shaft. While many call it a muscle, it is actually not because it contains no muscle fibers. However, it can flex itself similar to how a muscle operates because the veins and arteries in this part of the penis can fill with blood and expand the overall mass of the corpora cavernosa. It is possible to exercise this part of your body by facilitating blood flow and encouraging new cell growth.

Step 1

Take the thumb and index finger of one hand and wrap them firmly around the base of your penis when it is semi-flaccid. Beginning at the base, move your fingers toward the head of the penis, maintaining the same level of pressure across the shaft. When your hand reaches the end of the penis, use the thumb and index finger of your other hand and begin at the base, moving the hand toward the head and forcing blood throughout your corpora cavernosa. One hand motion to take one to two seconds to complete; this process should be repeated 10 to 15 times.

Step 2

Rub any oil or lotion onto your hand and place your palm and all fingers around your penis when it is semi-erect. Gently stroke the underside of the penis with your thumb and move the hand gently along the shaft, taking care not to squeeze the penis. These motions are similar to how masturbation is performed, but it is important to resist any temptation. Proceed with the process, stroking the shaft 10 to 15 times.

Step 3

Gently pull the head of the penis outward from the body and hold it extended for five to seven seconds.

Step 4

Extend the penis once again by the head and grip the shaft of the penis in one hand. Pull the penis toward the right, holding it for five to six seconds, then switch to the other side and repeat.

Step 5

Make your penis erect and hold it for 20 to 30 seconds. Grip the head of the penis between your thumb and forefinger until your penis becomes flaccid. Allow it to become erect once again and repeat the process. Do this three to five times.
