If you think your penis is a muscle, you're wrong. The tissue comprising this male sexual organ is actually loaded with veins and arteries which can expand the penis by filling with blood. However, although it isn't a muscle, it can still be worked out. The corpora cavernosa is the largest section of the penis and can be exercised through a process called jelqing, which stimulates new cell growth by forcing blood into the penis.
Step 1
Take the head of your penis between your thumb and index finger and pull the head outward from your body, stretching the penis. Hold this for five to seven seconds before releasing.
Step 2
Grab and pull the penis again, this time gripping the shaft of the penis with one hand and pulling towards the right until you feel tension on the left side. Hold this position for five to six seconds. Switch to the other side and repeat.
Step 3
Gripping the shaft of the penis, pull downward for five to six seconds. Pull upward and repeat.
Step 4
Repeat Steps 1 through 3 at least 10 to 12 times.
Step 5
take your semi-flaccid penis at the base of the shaft with one hand using your thumb and index finger. Wrap the fingers around the base and apply moderate pressure to the shaft. Gently move your hand towards the head of the penis, making sure to keep the pressure on the shaft constant as your fingers move. As your fingers reach the head, repeat this grip at the base of the penis shaft with your other hand, applying pressure before releasing your first hand. Repeat this process 10 to 15 times.
