How to Make Breasts Look Bigger Without Surgery

Large breasts may be sexy, but unfortunately, breasts are a type of body fat. Gaining weight may be the only thing that increases their size, but that is not a healthy option. Surgery is a possibility, but silicone lacks sex appeal, and breast enhancement creams are marketed to the naive and gullible. Other options are fortunately available. Exercise can make the muscles muscles around your breasts appear bigger and more defined. Makeup creates an illusion and padded push-up bras can be a girl's best friend.

Step 1

Do three sets of eight to 12 bench presses, three times a week. Lie on your back, bend your elbows and hold weights, barbells or equipment bar in alignment with the center of your chest. Slowly extend your arms toward the ceiling. The bench press makes the muscles that support your chest appear larger.

Step 2

Do three sets of chest fly exercises, three times weekly. Lie on your back and hold a weight in each hand. Extend your arms to the side at shoulder level. Contract your pectoral muscles as you close your arms and bring the weights together. The chest fly enhances the appearance of cleavage.

Step 3

Perform three sets of rowing exercises three times a week. Sit, and grasp the machine handles. Begin with your arms extended. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you bend your elbows. Just as the chest fly creates cleavage in the chest, the row creates cleavage and definition in your back. This improves posture, which can enhance the appearance of your breasts.

Step 4

Apply a dark-colored bronzer or powder to your cleavage. Blend it upward and outward to create a "v" shape. Then, apply a light-colored powder to the tops of your breasts. The darker color creates the appearance of a deeper cleavage, The contrasting lighter color makes the top of the breast appear fuller.

Step 5

Wear a padded push-up bra. In addition to traditional bras, you can also use strapless or backless push-up bras for strapless dresses or off-the-shoulder styles.
