Effective Home Remedy for Mole Removal

A mole can be a growth under the skin or on top of the skin. The dark color is due to the high concentration of a pigment called melanin. Moles are generally benign, and can be congenital or acquired, especially during the first 20 years of life. Moles can frequently be treated at home by applying a specific substance to them for a prolonged period of time.

Step 1

Obtain a bottle of apple cider vinegar from a grocery store. Apple cider vinegar is simply apple cider that's been intentionally allowed to sour. It contains a relatively mild solution of acetic acid which will gradually kill the skin cells that make up the mole.

Step 2

Wash the mole with warm water for 15 to 20 minutes. This will help soften the skin and allow the mole to fall off more easily.

Step 3

Pour a small amount of apple cider vinegar into the cap and place the end of a cotton swab into the cap. Place the tip of the cotton swab against the mole without allowing it to touch any other part of your skin.

Step 4

Leave the apple cider vinegar on your mole for 10 to 15 minutes, then wash it off with plain water. Apply apple cider vinegar to the mole four times per day until the mole is gone. This should remove the mole in less than a month.
