Breasts are a common area of complaint for women who scrutinize their physical features. You may be unhappy with your breast size and wish to add inches to your bust line without the aid of surgery. In order to get bigger breasts the natural way, you will need to strengthen the muscles that lie underneath your breasts. Employ chest strength training three to four days a week to give your breasts a perkier, rounder and larger appearance.
Step 1
Perform three sets of 10 to 30 push-ups. Begin on your hands and feet with your body in a straight line. Complete one push-up by lowering your body until your arms create a 90-degree angle and return to the starting position. Start on your knees instead of your toes for a modified push-up.
Step 2
Complete three sets of six to eight dumbbell chest presses. Select a dumbbell that does not allow you to complete more than eight repetitions; this will build more muscle and increase your breast size. Start on your back on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level. Press the weights straight above your body, hold for one count and lower back to the starting position.
Step 3
Use decline dumbbell flys to build muscle in your lower chest, lift your breasts and add size to your bust line. Start on an decline bench with your head at the lower end. Lay down on your back, align the weights with your shoulders, bend your arms slightly and bring the weight together over your chest. Lower back down to the starting position. Try to complete three sets of six to eight repetitions.
